New Delhi: People are still waiting for 15-year-old batting star Vaibhav Sooryavanshi to make his India debut, but the youngster still won the hearts of many during his first T20I against Ireland at the Civil Service Cricket Club in Belfast on Friday.Many fans came to the stadium hoping to see the teenage star feature for Team India after the Indian Premier League (IPL) season ends. Even though Soriyavanshi was not selected, the crowd made sure he felt their support. During the match, Suryavanshi was seen serving drinks to his teammates along with spinner Ravi Bishnoi. Loud cheers erupted in the stadium whenever the teenager came near the boundary rope.
Wait continues for Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s debut
Before the game started, the new captain of the Indian team started to get excited Shreyas Iyer Arrive at the toss. Immediately after the starting line-up was confirmed, Iyer was asked if Soriyavanshi would make his international debut.“Unfortunately there is no (Sooryavanshi debut). He is a gunner but we have some good players who have done well for us, so we support them.
