UGC NET June 2026 review: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced a re-examination for a section of candidates affected by technical issues during the UGC NET June 2026 examination at the CT Group of Institutions Examination Center in Jalandhar. The interruption was reported during Shift I of the exam conducted on June 22, 2026.In an official notice issued by NTA, the agency stated that the problem was reported by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), which had been identified to conduct the examination. The agency clarified that the inconvenience was limited to candidates in the affected center who, despite being present, could not take or complete the exam due to technical problems.Re-examination announced for Shift I affected candidatesAccording to the notice, only those candidates who were present at the CT Group of Institutions Examination Center, Jalandhar, and could not appear or complete the examination will be eligible for the retest. NTA expressed regret for the inconvenience caused and confirmed that affected candidates will be given another opportunity to take the exam.

These admit cards contain information related to the exam schedule, reporting time and other instructions for the eligible candidates.Candidates affected by the disruption have been advised to monitor the NTA official website for updates regarding the release of revised admit cards and other announcements related to the examination.The official notice, issued by the Director (Examinations), NTA, has confirmed that the re-examination arrangement applies only to the candidates affected by Shift I at the Jalandhar centre.
