TMZ reports that the TV star and chef has been officially granted a temporary restraining order against his ex and her father. The report also said that the judge ordered the two to move out of the residence where the stars lived.The news comes after Sandoval reported that he was allegedly attacked by a father and daughter in his own home. He reportedly said the abuse had been going on for some time; however, the incident on June 3 prompted him to call the police.After Victoria and the Renegade star had an argument, he allegedly noticed she had been documenting the entire ordeal. As night fell, Li’s father became aggressive, punching a hole in the wall and door of the room where he hid. He also claimed that J. Will Robinson “lunged at him” and punched him in the face, causing injuries to his neck and ears. Authorities were subsequently called to the premises and Victoria and her father were arrested.The report also revealed that Tom claimed the abuse had continued over the past two years, ever since the two of them started dating. According to the report, she “insulted and belittled” him, citing several derogatory names and comments she had used about him.A statement included in the filing reads: “[Robinson] Her father continues to live in our rental and I am currently paying the bills. At the same time, I was completely out of the house. I’m making this request because I can’t tolerate it [Robinson’s] No more abuse. “He also mentioned that he feared for his safety and wanted a restraining order, which was granted.“My efforts to maintain peace have been met with further hostility from other countries [Robinson].
