The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has published the selection list of shortlisted candidates for the next stage of the recruitment of the Section Controller under CEN No. 04/2025.The list has been prepared on the basis of candidates’ performance in Computer Based Test (CBT) and Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT). Candidates whose roll numbers appear in the selection list are provisionally shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination.Candidates can check their CBAT score by logging in with their registration number and date of birth. The scorecard is available from 9:00 AM on June 29, 2026 for a period of 15 days.
How to check RRB Section Controller CBAT result 2026
Candidates can follow these simple steps to check their result and scorecard:
- Visit the official website of the RRB from where you have applied.
- Click on the Section Controller CBAT result 2026 link on the home page.
- Open the PDF selection list and check your roll number.
- To view your CBAT scorecard, login with your registration number and date of birth.
- Download and save the result and scorecard for future reference.
Minimum qualifying marks in CBAT
According to the notice, candidates must secure the required qualification marks in the CBAT to be considered for the next stages. The minimum qualifying mark in the aptitude test is 42 points. There is no relaxation in the qualifying marks for any category.RRB has also informed the candidates that the CBAT question papers, answer keys and other related information are available on the official website under Traffic and Psychology – Corner Candidate Psychology section. Candidates can also check the methodology for normalization of T-score, composite T-score and percentile score along with Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).The final merit list was prepared by giving 70% weightage to CBT score and 30% weightage to CBAT score.
Document verification schedule
Document Verification (DV) for shortlisted candidates is scheduled to be on 11th July and 12th July 2026. Detailed information about venue, reporting time and other instructions will be shared with candidates through SMS, email and RRB official websites.Candidates have to carry all original documents with self attested photocopies during document verification. They should also bring two recent color passport photos. If a document is found to be incorrect or incomplete, the application may be cancelled.
Medical examination and important instructions
After successful document verification, candidates must undergo the prescribed medical examination. The final appointment will be made only after the candidates have cleared the medical suitability test and all document checks.RRB has advised the candidates to regularly visit the official website of RRB for the latest updates regarding document verification, medical examination and further recruitment process.
