Important instructions for candidates from NBEMS
NBEMS has issued several important guidelines for applicants before submitting their forms:
- Applicants should read the Information Bulletin carefully before applying.
- Trial city allocation will not be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting your application early will not increase your chances of getting a preferred city or test center.
- Applicants have to choose three preferred test states while filling out the application form.
- The first preferred test state must be the same as the corresponding state mentioned in the application form.
- The remaining two preferred test states should have been close.
- Applicants must provide a valid mailing address with acceptable proof of address.
- Correspondence address and preferred test status cannot be changed after submitting the application form, even during the editing window.
- Candidates should upload a recent photograph taken within the last three months, along with their signature and other required images as per the prescribed guidelines. Applications with unclear, edited or incorrect images may be rejected, and the admit card may not be issued.
- While NBEMS will try to allocate a test city based on the candidate’s preferences, it reserves the right to allocate a test city or exam center anywhere in India for administrative, security, logistical or technical reasons.
