According to latest reports, the actor allegedly hurt the woman he was dating about two years ago at his home.

Murakami Nijiro’s face abuse allegations

The actor has come under criticism after Nikkan Sports reported that the famous Japanese actor was under investigation for an incident that occurred at his home in Shibuya Ward nearly two years ago. Reports emerged that the star allegedly caused multiple injuries to the woman he dated two years ago, including beating her. The incidents occurred between March and May 2024, and the woman was injured about four times, the report said.The injuries were serious and included banging her head against a window, punching her and pulling her hair. All injuries reportedly took more than a month to heal. Legal authorities are currently investigating the matter. The case has also been handed over to the prosecutor’s office for further investigation. Tokyo’s Harajuku Police Department was initially responsible for the investigation. The issue came to light after the woman made accusations against the actor and spoke out about her ordeal.The issue caused quite a stir, especially after the actor admitted to the accusations in a statement, which read, “There is no question that I hurt her.” As of this writing, neither the actor nor his agency have released any proper statement on the matter.Nijiro Murakami is already a well-known figure in Japan. However, he rose to fame after appearing in Alice in Borderland. On the work front, he will star in the premiere of “Strange – Junji Ito’s Strange Story That Stayed All Night” on July 3.
