CUET UG 2026 Results: : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the performance statistics for the Municipal University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2026 with the declaration of results, highlighting the number of candidates who secured 100 percentile scores in several subjects.According to official data, a candidate obtained a 100 percentile in four of the five subjects they opted for, making it the highest individual performance in terms of subject matter recorded in this year’s exam. The NTA also said thousands of candidates secured a perfect percentile in at least one subject, reflecting strong performances across a wide range of disciplines.Thousands record perfect percentile scoresThe NTA said that 22 candidates secured a 100 percentile in three subjects, while another 180 candidates obtained the pass in two subjects. A total of 3,214 candidates scored a 100 percentile in one subject.These figures represent subject performances and should not be interpreted as general exam grades. Since candidates could choose up to five subjects, many candidates were able to achieve perfect percentiles in individual papers.Best performance in CUET UG 2026

The highest aggregate score crosses 1,230The NTA also released the list of top 20 candidates based on their aggregated NTA score in five subjects. The highest point recorded this year was 1232.19, followed by 1230.82 and 1207.21.Separate merit lists have also been released for the highest performing male and female candidates, along with category toppers for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates. Also, the agency released the list of top 10 Divyangjan candidates based on aggregated NTA scores in five subjects.More than 15.68 lakh candidates registeredCUET UG 2026 was conducted for admission to undergraduate programs for the academic session 2026-27. A total of 15,68,867 candidates registered for the exam, while 11,64,098 appeared.The exam was held in computer-based test mode for 19 days and 35 rounds in 321 cities, including 13 international locations. University to prepare admission merit listsThe NTA has clarified that its role is limited to conducting the examination, releasing the final answer keys, preparing results and issuing score cards. Admission merit lists and counseling schedules will be announced separately by participating universities, which will determine admissions based on CUET UG 2026 scores and their respective eligibility criteria.Candidates can access their score cards through the official CUET portal and are advised to follow the admission notifications issued by their preferred universities for the next stages of the admission process.
