actor Selina Jaitley Recounting one of the most painful chapters of her life, she reveals how the actor Priti Zeta Becomes her biggest source of support as she deals with marital problems, legal battles, and the emotional aftermath of rebuilding her life.In an interview with India Today, Selena recalled how she had no place to call home when she returned to India. She said she had to rely on some trusted friends to regain access to her home.“When I came back to India, I didn’t have my own house. I stayed in a hotel owned by a friend for 10 days and I asked my friend to give me a discount. I stayed until I could go to court and get an injunction to enter my house. Without my parents and my brother away, I found comfort in the 1-2 friends I had left.”The actor said several people offered support during this difficult phase, including a director, a producer and some of her late father’s colleagues. However, she said that when she needed someone the most, it was Preity Zinta who was there for her.“Most importantly, Preity Zinta. That woman stood like a rock. She was the only one who understood how broken I was. Thanks to her, I went to Dharamshala and the Mambagramshi temple in Ujjain. When I went to Ujjain, I realized that returning to my Sanatana Dharma, my roots was my true calling,” she added.Selena also reflects on a series of personal losses that have profoundly impacted her life. She talks about the loss of her parents, the heartbreaking death of one of her twin sons, and the pain of seeing her brother behind bars. The actor said that looking back on everything she’s been through, she often feels like she’s “living a script that I didn’t sign on to.”Fighting back tears during the conversation, Selina admitted that there were nights when she would wake up overwhelmed by the weight of what she was going through and wonder how much more she could take. Yet, she says, she somehow gathered the strength to move forward, accepting the things she couldn’t control and facing the day with resilience.Meanwhile, Selena remains embroiled in a legal battle with estranged husband Peter Hager. According to Mumbai law firm Semwal & Co., Peter and his father DI Wolfgang J Haag separately sent legal notices to the actor, accusing her of making defamatory statements in interviews and on social media during the ongoing divorce and child custody proceedings.The notices deny Selena’s allegations of abuse, harassment and intimidation and object to her multiple public references to their three children. They reportedly sought removal of the allegedly defamatory content, a public apology, and warned of possible civil and criminal proceedings if their demands were not met.earlier, mumbai police According to reports, an FIR was registered against Peter based on Celina’s complaint. The couple had three children together after one of their twin sons died of a heart attack in 2017.
