BSEB opens faculty recruitment for free JEE, NEET coaching program; applications close on July 10
The Bihar School Examination Board has invited applications from qualified teachers for its free JEE and NEET coaching programme, an initiative aimed at supporting talented students from financially weaker backgrounds. Eligible candidates can apply till 10th July while shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in Patna on 12th July.

U Tomorrow School Exam Board (BSEB) has started a recruitment process for hiring eligible faculty for its free JEE and NEET coaching program which has been designed to help deserving candidates belonging to the weaker sections of the society in preparing for the toughest exams in India.The board invited applications from eligible educators with expertise in science subjects and preparation for the entrance exam. Interested candidates can submit their applications online through the official portal or via e-mail. The application window remains open until July 10, 5 p.m.

Recruitment to strengthen the free coaching initiative

The recruitment is part of BSEB’s effort to expand its free, non-residential coaching program for students aspiring to pursue engineering and medical education through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and National Eligibility as Entrance Test (NEET).This program has been structured for those students who have cleared the Class 10 exams but are unable to pay the exorbitant fees to get coaching from private institutions. In this programme, there will be coaching sessions held in 10 selected schools in the state of Bihar.

How eligible teachers can apply

Candidates interested in joining the program can submit their applications in the prescribed format through the official BSEB coaching portal at coaching.biharboardonline.com. Applications can also be emailed to computeritcellbseb@gmail.com.Candidates must attach all required documents while submitting their forms. The board advised candidates to complete the process well before the deadline to avoid any last minute technical issues.

Interview scheduled for July 12th

After an evaluation of the application forms, a list of shortlisted candidates for the next stage in the recruitment process will be created by BSEB.The interview for the shortlisted candidates will be held on July 12 from 10 AM onwards in Patna, where the candidates will be tested for their ability to teach the students appearing for JEE and NEET.

Subjects and eligibility criteria

The recruitment drive covers faculty positions in key scientific disciplines that form the core of JEE and NEET preparation, including:

  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Mathematics
  • Biology

For the selection process, the applicant must have qualifications such as BSc, MSc, or MTech in the relevant field. Preference will be given to the candidate who has previous experience in teaching JEE and NEET syllabus as well as academic background in competitive exam coaching.
