CUET UG Result 2026: : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the 2026 results of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG). Candidates who have appeared for the exam can access their score cards through the official CUET portal using their application number and password or date of birth.The entrance exam was conducted in computer-based test mode from May 11 to May 31, 2026, with additional sessions held on June 6 and 7. The score cards will be used by the Central, State, Deemed and Private universities participating in admissions to the high school in the academic session 2026-27. Candidates have been advised to retain a copy of their score card for the admission and counseling process.Record participation in CUET UG 2026According to the NTA, 15,68,867 candidates registered for CUET UG 2026, while 11,64,098 appeared for the exam. Candidates generated nearly 67.56 lakh subject test instances registered in 37 subjects, including 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects and a General Aptitude Test.The exam was conducted over 19 days in 35 rounds in 321 cities, including 13 international locations. Candidates could choose up to five subjects, resulting in 12,906 unique subject combinations. Performance scores and subject scoresThe NTA said that a candidate secured a 100 percentile score in four of the five subjects chosen. Another 22 candidates obtained 100 percentile in three subjects, 180 candidates in two subjects and 3,214 candidates in one subject.Among individual subjects, Accountancy, History, Psychology, Sanskrit and Odia recorded the highest NTA score of 250.00. Biology followed with 249.70, while Political Science recorded 249.58 and Business Studies 249.57.The highest NTA score in five subjects was 1232.19.What candidates should do nextThe NTA has clarified that its role is limited to conducting the examination, releasing answer keys, preparing the results and issuing score cards.
