Actor and politician Ravi Kishan talks about the struggles he went through in his early career and reveals that he faced rejection for 34 years before finally gaining widespread recognition. Speaking on the reality show Alliance with daughter Rivva Kishan, the actor recalled watching his peers become stars while waiting for their chance.The League is hosted by Kunal Kemmu and recently premiered on Prime Video. “Everyone became a star and I was left behind”
In an interview with fellow contestants, Ravi said he often wondered why he couldn’t succeed despite his hard work in preparing to be an actor.“Aise hi log pehle mujhe nakaarte the. Star bante jaa rahe was me in the 90s. I could see them… meri awaaz achhi thi, mainly trained tha, ghudsawaari, fighting, urdu, hindi, sab kuch, theater, dancer. Puri taiyaari thi. Sab aage chale gaye,” he said.He admitted that while he believed it would eventually be his turn, he had no idea it would take more than thirty years.“Unka samay aagaya toh mera bhi aayega. But mera 34 years baad aayega ye nahi khasal tha,” he said.

Ravi Kishan says his career changed forever when success finally came.“I ended up winning all the best actor awards that year. I was on stages where people never invited me. They always turned me down. No one believed I would achieve anything,” he recalled.According to the actor, these moments mark a complete journey after years of perseverance and confidence.
