The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the online submission process for the List of Candidates (LOC) for Class 12 Supplementary Examination 2026. The process started on June 30, 2026, and is intended only for regular students studying in CBSE affiliated schools.As per the official circular, the schools have to submit the List of Candidates through the Pariksha Sangam portal available on the official website of CBSE.

Who can ask?

CBSE has said that the following categories of students are eligible to appear for the Class 12 Supplementary Examination 2026:

  • Compartment (First Chance): Students who appeared for the Class 12 Board Exam for the first time in 2026 and received a compartment result.
  • Improvement after the replacement of the subject(s): Students who have passed the main exam 2026 after replacing the subject(s) and want to improve their performance.
  • Improvement in a subject: Students who have passed the Class 12 Main Examination 2026 and want to improve their marks in a subject are allowed.

How do schools submit the LOC?

Schools can complete the submission process by following these steps:

  • Visit the official website of CBSE.
  • Open the Pariksha Sangam portal.
  • Log in using your school credentials.
  • Choose the Class 12 Supplementary Exam 2026 option.
  • Enter the required applicant details.
  • Check all information carefully.
  • Submit List of Candidates (LOC) online.

Important points

  • The circular is applicable only to regular students of CBSE affiliated schools.
  • Schools should submit applicant details only through the Pariksha Sangam portal.
  • Students should contact their respective schools if they want to appear for the supplementary exam.
