He also revealed that he did not even inform his family or close friends about the situation.The ‘Chamkila’ actor said doctors discovered gallstones during a medical check-up in 2015 and recommended he undergo surgery. However, a suggestion from a friend made him reconsider the procedure.According to Diljit, his friend told him: “If the stone didn’t cause you any trouble, why did you have surgery on it?” Since then, he has chosen not to have surgery again, saying the stone never caused him any discomfort. The actor also said he believes the stone may disappear on its own. Still, he always carries a box of pills with him wherever he goes, just in case.Diljit further revealed that he had never spoken publicly about the situation before and kept it a secret from everyone, including his family and friends.
