U National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to release the NEET UG 2026 result of those students who wrote the re-test on June 21, after the completion of the process of considering the objections submitted by the candidates regarding the provisional answer key. The NEET 2026 result will be announced only once the candidates’ challenges are evaluated by the subject matter experts and the final answer key is generated. The NTA had earlier released the provisional answer key with the answer recorded on June 25. The NEET result is expected to be released in the month of July. Based on previous trends, it is usually released after 30 to 45 minutes.
The objection window is closed on June 28
This response key challenge facility would be operational until 11:50 pm on June 28, 2026. Applicants were allowed to file objections by paying an amount of Rs 200 per application in a non-refundable manner.According to NTA, all objections submitted within the allotted time will be examined by subject matter experts. In case any objection is proved to be true, then the provisional answer key would be modified before the release of the final answer key.The final answer key would not entertain any other objection and would be used for the preparation of NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Result.
The result should be based on the final answer key
Now that the window for raising objections is closed, the final answer key will soon be available. The NEET UG result will then be declared. Although there is no specific date or time set by the organization for the declaration of results, it is likely to be declared shortly after the evaluation process.

Once the result is declared, candidates can access their scorecards by following these steps:
- Visit the official website of NEET at neet, nta.ac.in.
- Select “NEET UG Result 2026” from the link provided on the home page.
- Enter your application number, date of birth and security pin.
- Click “submit” to log in.
- Your NEET UG 2026 scorecard will appear on the screen.
- Take a printout of your scorecard.
