HTET 2026 Exam City: The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has announced that candidates appearing for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2025 will be able to check the details of their allotted exam city from the official website of the board starting from 4 PM. The announcement was made during a press conference held at the board’s headquarters in Bhiwani.Board Chairman Shankar Lal Dhupad said that the exam will be conducted on July 4 and 5, 2026, in 383 exam centers in the state. A total of 2,33,294 candidates have registered for the test. Admit cards for the exam will be issued separately at a later stage.Guidelines issued for examination arrangementsTo ensure smooth and malpractice-free conduct of the examination, the board organized a virtual meeting with the District Education Officer. During the meeting, the officials were directed to follow all the prescribed procedures and maintain strict vigilance at the examination centres.The president stated that the agreements for the inspection of the centers have been strengthened. Flying teams will be deployed to prevent cheating and other irregularities. Each examination center will have a council representative and an administrative officer or gazetted by the district administration.The exam schedule includes the Level 3 test in the evening session on July 4 for 73,091 candidates. The Level 2 exam will be conducted in the morning session on July 5 for 1,19,141 candidates, while the Level 1 exam will be held in the evening session on the same day for 41,062 candidates.Control room to function during the examination periodBoard Secretary Munish Sharma (IAS) directed District Education Officers to hold district level meetings under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner with center superintendents and administrative officers. Details of the meeting schedule are to be communicated to the council.The control room will operate in the district education offices from July 3 to July 5. The designated staff remains in direct contact with the control room established at the board headquarters and submits consolidated inspection reports on the day of the examination.Special provisions for applicants and staffVisually impaired and differently abled candidates will get 50 minutes additional time. Female candidates will be allowed to wear only Mangalsutra and apply Bindi and Sindoor. Sikh candidates will be allowed to wear articles of their religious faith.The council directed officials to regularly check the functioning of jammers, biometric systems, videography equipment and CCTV cameras. Entry to the examination centers will only be allowed to personnel carrying valid identity cards, which must be visibly displayed throughout the examination period.
