RVUNL Recruitment 2026: : Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL), a Rajasthan government undertaking, has issued a short recruitment notification for 2,005 vacancies in five state power companies. The notification, released under announcement No. RVUN/Rectt.-2026-27/01, invites online applications for the posts of Junior Engineer-I, Junior Accountant and Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II.According to the notification, the detailed advertisement, including eligibility conditions, application schedule, selection procedure and other recruitment guidelines, will be published in the second half of July 2026. The online application process will start after the publication of the detailed notification and applications will be accepted only through the official websites of the participating Vidyut Nigams.Vacancies distributed in five energy companiesRecruitment activities cover Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd. (JdVVN).Of the 2,005 vacancies, 869 are for Junior Engineer posts, 371 for Junior Accountant and 765 for Junior Assistant / Commercial Assistant-II. Most of the vacancies have been announced for the posts of Junior Assistant / Commercial Assistant-II.
RVUNL announces 2,005 vacancies for Junior Engineer, Accountant and Assistant posts in Rajasthan
For Junior Engineer-I (Electric), 727 posts have been notified. Junior Engineer-I (Mechanical) has 110 posts, while Junior Engineer-I (Civil) has 32 posts. Vacancy reservations for various categories will be applicable as per relevant regulations.Eligibility and application feeCandidates between the ages of 18 and 28 are eligible to apply, subject to meeting the educational requirements. Applicants for Junior Engineer positions must have a three-year degree in the relevant engineering discipline. Junior Accountant candidates must have a graduate degree in Commerce or a related field, while Junior Assistant / Commercial Assistant-II candidates must be graduates with the prescribed computer proficiency and typing skills.The application fee has been fixed at Rs. 1,000 for candidates belonging to UR category. Candidates from SC, ST, BC, MBC, EWS, PwBD and Saharia categories will be required to pay Rs. 500. Fees can be paid online through BHIM UPI, net banking and approved debit card payment modes.Selection process and salary detailsThe recruitment process will include a written exam, followed by document verification and medical examination. Junior Engineer candidates will be assessed through a test carrying 200 marks. The selected Junior Engineers will get a monthly salary of Rs. 33,800 under Pay Level 10, with admissible allowances.
