The story revolves around Swarna’s struggle with her past
Maa Inti Bangaaram tells the story of Swarna, also known as Jhansi, played by Samantha Ruth Prabhu. She is determined to put her troubled past behind her, start a new life in a caring family, and hope for a peaceful future. However, her plans are derailed when unresolved conflicts and dangerous enemies from her past return. As long-buried secrets begin to surface, Swarna is forced to protect herself and those she loves.Reviewing the film, ETimes wrote, “Gulshan Devaiah proves to be an effective foil, bringing a sense of unpredictability to his character rather than opting for outright drama. Diganth Manchal, Gautami and Srimukhi make meaningful contributions to the family dynamics that form the emotional backbone of the story.” The film is not without its faults. Certain twists come a little ahead of schedule, making them more predictable than expected. Some narrative diversions feel more functional than organic, and the script sometimes struggles to balance its family drama roots with its action-thriller ambitions. The background score is another missed opportunity. Some action sequences have the visual intensity needed to up the ante, but the music doesn’t always meet them. A more exciting soundtrack might have enhanced the adrenaline and emotional payoff of key moments. “Disclaimer: The box office numbers and data in this article are obtained from public and industry sources.
